Stainless steel is the cornerstone of our product portfolio
At AHAN NAVARD, stainless steel stands as the cornerstone of our product portfolio. As a company founded in 2023 by seasoned industry professionals, we have a profound appreciation for the exceptional qualities and versatility of Stainless steel. It is our primary product offering, and we take immense pride in delivering top-quality stainless steel products to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
Stainless steel came into being in the early 20th Century because of a fundamental need for better materials. Chemical processing, oil refining, and other new manufacturing activities of the time were quickly surpassing the performance barriers imposed by conventional engineering materials.
Stainless steels are essentially alloys of Iron with more than 10.5% chromium, plus other elements such as Carbon, Manganese, Nitrogen, Silicon and especially nickel. We are providing following Stainless Steel Products and Solution in Flat and long form.
We offer many solutions for our customers with our complete range of stainless steel flat products in different grades, sizes, finishes
Austenitic Solutions
The most popular of the stainless steels because of their ductility, ease of working and good corrosion resistance
Our solutions: 304(L), 316L, 321. 316 Ti, 304N, 304LN, 316LN,
Ferritic Solution
Characterized by less than 1% of nickel content. Their low carbon content prevents hardening by heat treatment, their pitting corrosion resistance is equivalent to 300 series.
Our solutions: 430, 409L, 439, 441, 410s, etc,
Heat Resistance Austenitic Solution
Creep resistant and resist to high temperature corrosion (600°C-1100°C) Due to presence of nickel, silicon, aluminum and rare earth materials
Our solutions: 310s, 309s, 314, etc,
Martensitic Solutions
Basic corrosion resistant grades (Cr~13%), the higher carbon content compare to ferritic allow them to be hardened by heat treatment while still being fairly weldable.
Our solutions: 420, 410, etc.
Precipitation Hardening Solutions
The addition of aluminum, copper or aluminum in these chromium-nickel grades allow them to be hardened by a solution and aging heat treatment.
Our solutions: 17.4PH, 15.5PH, etc.
Duplex Solutions
Compared to austenitic grades duplex shows higher resistance to Stress Corrosion Cracking and higher mechanical properties at lower alloy cost
Our solutions: 1.4462, 1.4410, 1.4362, etc.
We select and supply our material directly from world class mills. Below are some of the Standards and Certificated that we provide to our customers along our products.
- Mill test certificate in accordance with EN 10204 2004 Type 3.1 & 3.2
- ASTM A240/A240M, ASME SA-240/SA-240M, EN 10088-2
